Like how your glasses suddenly slide down your fac Like how your glasses suddenly slide down your face because they’re too big now. Or how body dysmorphia doesn’t just disappear—it just… shifts.

I spent years seeing myself stuck in one body, unable to imagine anything different. Now I’m in a body I worked hard for, and some days all I can see is the loose skin I’m working to tone, the parts that don’t look like the “after” photos you see online.

And here’s the thing nobody mentions: I’m older now than when this journey started. My body isn’t responding the same way it would have at 25 or 30. Recovery takes longer. Progress feels slower.

But you know what? We don’t stop.
Because this journey was never about perfection. It’s about showing up for ourselves at every age, in every season, through every uncomfortable truth.

The loose skin? Evidence of strength. The age? Wisdom earned. The slow progress? Still progress.

We keep going. Not because it’s easy or pretty or Instagram-perfect, but because we deserve to feel strong and healthy in whatever body we’re in right now.

Still here. Still showing up. Still choosing myself. 💪✨
